This certification represents MTP's ambition and commitment to continually strengthen our service portfolio and value proposition with clients, business partners, and allies, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of digital infrastructures to the Mexican market.
On November 22, 2023, through MTP Construye, the donation of a digital classroom was carried out at the San José Tzal Integral Development Center in Mérida, Yucatán. The donation includes computer equipment, renovation of facilities, internet connection, software packages, projector, printer, furniture, and 2 workstations powered by solar panels.
One of the most recent contributions made through MTP Construye was the financial donation aimed at repairing homes affected by the passage of Hurricane Otis in the communities of San Marcos and Florencio Villarreal in the state of Acapulco, Guerrero. This donation was carried out in collaboration with the organization Habitat for the Community, reaffirming our commitment to work together with entities that share our vision of supporting needy communities.
After a 3-year hiatus due to Covid-19, MTP Construye's in-person volunteering returns with a powerful act of solidarity.
Alongside TECHO, around 30 employees and their families came together to donate and build water capture systems for 45 people without access to this resource.
Mexican towers firm México Telecom Partners (MTP) has launched a new data center in Mexico City with an initial investment of $17.5 million in the heart of one of the countries most important districts.

Through the Association Banco de Ojos Lions Internacional IAP, MTP Construye (MTP) covered the cost of 17 eye surgeries for patients with limited resources. On this occasion, 13 cataract surgeries and 4 Faco-Vitrectomy surgeries for patients with diabetes were scheduled.
Mexico Telecom Partners has been awarded with the multi-city ECR-8 (Edge Computer Room) deployment DCD Latam award, which was developed to create a system that is able to control all its data centers from a single room.
This award recognizes data center, cloud, and associated developments across Latin America that have pushed the boundaries in terms of design, construction, and operation.

Mexico Telecom Partners, through its corporate social responsibility program MTP Construye, donated a digital classroom with internet service, equipped with laptops, projectors, and furniture to the El Grullo Municipality, in the State of Jalisco, in favor of the local school, and in benefit of the community.
On April 8th, 2022, a syndicated, 5-year credit facility for MXN 4,000 million was announced by the third largest tower developer, owner, and operator in Mexico. MTP (“Mexico Telecom Partners”) intends to grow its market with its new ESG policy, which includes but is not limited to anticorruption policies, integrity analysis, and an environmental impact survey. This will be the first-ever ESG-oriented credit in Latin America's tower industry, paving the way for others to do the same.
In 2020 and 2021, in response to the global health emergency caused by the outbreak of SARS-CoV-2, MTP Construye (MTP) allocated a significant portion of its funds to help mitigate the economic impact.
Through coordination with Un Kilo de Ayuda, 5,754 food baskets were delivered, translating to 241,151 food rations, benefiting 959 children in Sinaloa over 6 months.
MTP deployed the first C-RAN Hotel network in Mexico in a record time of 9 months, with an installed electrical capacity of 11 megawatts in 55 Sites. The deployment considers BBH (Base Band Hotel) locations in 19 cities in Mexico, to promote connectivity with Altans “Red Compartida”.
C-RAN networks offer significant advantages, including "enhanced availability, extensive coverage, and reduced interference, leading to an enhanced user experience." These qualities play a vital role in supporting 5G networks, IoT, and AI technologies, making them essential for driving the digital transformation. By deploying such infrastructure, we actively contribute to the advancement of the digital era.
In October 2019, 45 employees and their families set up the first butterfly sanctuary within Tezozómoc Park, located in the Azcapotzalco district. With this activity, the living conditions of pollinating animals in Mexico City and its surroundings were improved.
In July 2019, Mexico Telecom Partners, through its social program MTP Construye (MTP), consolidated its first donation of the year to the Rhizomatica Association, dedicated to increasing access to wireless communication and information and communication technologies, primarily in rural and indigenous populations where existing service providers have no interest.

San Miguel de Allende, February 11, 2019. Today marks the completion of the first Outdoor DAS (“oDAS”) project in LatAm. This project involved the installation of an outdoor system comprising 35 distributed antennas interconnected through fiber optics. The system is strategically located in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, which has been recognized by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

In August 2018, volunteers from the MTP Construye program visited the shelter of Omeyocan A.C., which has been a temporary home for dogs of all ages for 17 years. These dogs, ranging from puppies to seniors, were either abandoned, sick, or victims of abuse. Each of them has a unique life story.
In July 2018, MTP Construye (MTP) donated furniture to Casa de la Amistad para Niños con Cáncer, a private assistance institution committed to increasing the survival rate of children and young people from low-income backgrounds who suffer from cancer in Mexico.

A total of 65 employees and their families actively engaged in a reforestation campaign organized by Reforestamos México, contributing a total of 183 hours of work. During this activity, 500 trees were successfully planted, covering an area of 5 kilometers reforested. MTP has recently launched its Next-generation DAS (Distributed Antenna System) at Torre Diana, one of Mexico City's most iconic corporate buildings. This cutting-edge system was specifically designed to provide comprehensive coverage for AT&T, whose headquarters are located within the premises. With LTE capabilities, our DAS system significantly increases bandwidth, making it one of the first buildings in the area to incorporate this advanced technology and thereby reducing latency.
Encompassing all 32 floors of the building, our system covers the entire area, which spans over 100,000 square meters. This includes comprehensive coverage within elevator shafts, achieved through the deployment of radiant cable infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service for users.
